Election 2016: Congressional Run-Off on December 10

The Louisiana Congressional run-off election will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016. On that day, Louisiana voters will head back to the polls to elect Democrat Foster Campbell or Republican John Kennedy as their new state Senator.

Election 2016: Voting Assistance in Louisiana

According to Louisiana law, a person with a physical disability that prevents him or her from voting without assistance is entitled to receive the assistance necessary to cast a vote. That assistance includes another person who goes into the voting booth to help the person with a disability vote.
